You Need to Believe in Yourself to Succeed in Life

What is it that the majority of people need if they are to succeed in this world? Think about it. What is holding you back? Is it lack of opportunity, is it because you lack education, or maybe it's your parents fault? No! It's none of those things. The only thing standing between you and your goals is the fact that you don't believe in your self!
The majority of successful people have had only the basics in education. Most of them have had to struggle really hard to achieve their goals. But all successful people whether they come from a poor background or a rich background have one thing in common, and that is self believe.
Beliefs are created the instant that a person is born. Then, as a person progress through life, he/she will keep on creating new beliefs and change old ones. The reason People need to do this, is because it makes living in this world a lot easier to do, especially if you have the same kind of beliefs as your peers. Self belief can develop early on in childhood, or it can be cultivated later on in life. The thing is self belief is an essential ally in overcoming obstacles.
It doesn't matter what obstacles your up against on your path towards your goals you can overcome them if you totally believe in yourself. Remember you can only really rely on yourself. You have to think that you are the best. Through modesty out of the window you don't need it! Ignore any negative comments that people might say about you. Let these people wallow in their own negativity. Always think that you are going to be successful, and you will. If you think that you are going to fail you most probably will.
You are what you think! Once you have this kind of positive mind-set you'll find that your self-esteem will grow and you'll feel on top of the world! If you do have very low self-esteem the best way to start building it, is by taking daily risks. Each one building on the previous day's risk. For instance on the first day you could say good morning to a stranger. The next day you could start a simple conversation with the cashier at the supermarket and so on.
Remember if the cashier ignores you don't feel bad, or think that you've made a mistake because there are no such things as mistakes only learning experiences. Taking risks is a really valuable way of developing confidence and high self-esteem. Even if you just start out by taking one little risk each day, even this will improve your personality and belief in yourself immensely. Good luck!

David Hockney - Famous british artist
Bradford born and a prizewinning student at the Royal College of Fine Art.
Hackney was quick to succeed and critical acclaims. He and Peter Blake are ' considered the stars of London's swinging sixties and of the Pop art .
His early work aas overtly linked with his personal concerns: one of-his RCA pieces of 1 96 1 was entitled We two boys together clinging , taken from a Walt Whitman poem. His early style consisted of a combination of scratchy brushstrokes and scrawled writing but his use of acrylic rather than oils.
in the late 1960's and 1970s resulted in a different style. He also produced a series of etchings in 1961 entitled Rakes Progress, a contraction of Hogarth's series .
In 1964 he moved to Los Angeles and began a series of Swimming Pool views, he painted in acrylic which allowed the painter to achieve a flat poster like effect and Hockney chose bold, clean forms and an historical ' presentation, perhaps in homage to the artistic freedoms he sensed in California. In a Bigger Splash the Californian light flattens the design and brings out the bold blandness of-colours and space.
Perturbed only by the splash in the water, Hockney's Interest in photography - the Hayward gallery in London held an exhibition of his photographic works in 1985 - accounts for the element of well defined photorealism in some of his swimming pool pieces. The overall style in this series wavers between the naturalistic and the photorealistic.
During the years 1967-71 Hockney painted a series of double portraits of his freinds . In Mr and Mrs Clark and Percy ( 1970-71 ) the eruption between art forms is evident in the strong verticals and horizontals of the room and the shutters, the flatness of the figures and the formal treatment of the book on the table. The male Sitter s leg, stretched on a diagonal the naturalistic depiction of the lilies and the fullness of the Sitters faces contrast with the near-abstract treatment of the interior. Hockney's most recent paintings have been vast highly coloured landscape canvases such the Road to the studio. He in also a skilled graphic artist: he etched illustrations to Six Fairy tales of the brothers Grimm in 1969.
Todays artists such as Tracey Emin and Damien Hirst are of a completely different genre to artists such as Hockney. Wether or not they will be as fondly remembered only time will tell.
Other contemporary commercial artists such as Doug Hyde and Rolf harris can't really be compared to such illustrious artists

7. Choose a Georgia painter that offers a warranty. Does your painter use premium quality paint and what is the terms of the warrantee? Not only is what is covered important, but how long it is covered.
8. Choose a Georgia painter that is neat and efficient. Even though we're talking about exterior painting, your driveway, walkways and shrubbery should be covered with dropcloths. Your Georgia painters should clean up after themselves and not take forever to finish the painting project. Granted, you don't want them to hurry, but you don't want part-time Georgia painters either!

List of Famous Poets
What follows is a brief list of famous poets who have immortalized themselves for all time on the printed page.
William Blake (November 28, 1757- August 12, 1827)
Something of a mystic, English poet and painter William Blake claimed that he derived his works (such as his method of engraving pictures and words on copper plates) from divine inspiration. His radical views on religion and science among other things had damaged his reputation as an artist, and it was only after his death that future generations rediscovered his work and reappraised his talent. "Songs of Innocence," Blake's 1789 collection of poetry and art include the poems "The Lamb," "The Tiger," "Little Boy Lost" and "Little Boy Found."
Robert Frost (March 26, 1874 - January 29, 1963)
One of the principal American poets of the 20th century, Robert Frost had been awarded four Pulitzer Prizes for his poetry, which was inspired by rural life in New England, and often explored complex social issues and philosophical matters. Among Frost's most renowned works are the poems "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening" and "The Road Not Taken."
Emily Dickinson (December 10, 1830 - May 15, 1886)
An introvert by nature, American poet Emily Dickinson wrote around 1,800 poems, but only seven of them had been published during her lifetime. Remaining relatively obscure in life, her work would only gain prominence years after her death. Dubbed "The Nun of Amherst" for her reclusive ways and for never having married, she is most known for her poems about death and immortality, although she also wrote about faith and nature.
Edgar Allan Poe (January 19, 1809 - October 7, 1849)
A foremost figure of the American Romantic Movement, Edgar Allan Poe is of course known for his short stories and poems dealing with dark and morbid themes. He is considered to be the father of detective fiction as well as an early contributor to the then-aborning science fiction genre. Known for suspenseful tales such as "The Tell-Tale Heart" and "The Fall of the House of Usher," Poe's macabre poems include "Annabel Lee," "The Bells," and "The Raven."
William Shakespeare (baptised April 26, 1564 - died April 23, 1616)
Known as "The Bard of Avon," the revered English poet and playwright William Shakespeare is renowned throughout history as the greatest writer in English literature and drama, and is considered as England's national poet. His celebrated and oft-quoted body of work include 38 plays, 154 sonnets and other various poems. Alongside Shakespeare's most famous works such as the plays "Romeo and Juliet" and "Hamlet," he has written the two erotic narrative poems "Venus and Adonis" and "The Rape of Lucrece."
Oscar Wilde (October 16. 1854- November 30, 1900)
A celebrity in Victorian era London, Irish dramatist, author and poet Oscar Wilde was one of the most successful literary figures of his time. Famous for his sharp wit, Wilde is famous for novels such as "The Picture of Dorian Gray," and his poetry include "The Sphinx," "The Ballad of Reading Gaol" and "To My Wife-With a Copy of My Poems."
Some of them were celebrated during their day. The rest of them would not live to see their talent get their due. But they shall live on through the poetry which has outlived them, and the legacy of these famous poets shall endure for as long as the written word exists to move and inspire generations hence.
